Really happy with this stuff, packed with protein as expected but is so smooth and mixes quickly. Milk is definitely the best way to go for taste but I have tried it with water a few times to save on calories and to be honest, although not as creamy it still tastes pretty good. I'm pretty boring and prefer the Vanilla although I have really enjoyed the banana and strawberry flavorsGreat tasting!
