This is completely incorrect, Soy is extremely health promoting and multiple meta analyses on dozens of randomised controlled trials show no negative effects. Don't fall for the weird anti-soy nonsense, follow the science! By that I mean, listen to the consensus among nutrition experts, not random people who think they know better than than the largest collection of nutrition professionals across the planet.Just the best
I usually get the chocolate silk and mix in 200ml almond milk and 200ml water. These meal replacements are perfect for busy mornings and lunch. I really look forward to drinking them because they are insanely out if this world. The best ever shake I have had.Curbs hunger, tastes great
I absolutely love these vegan meal replacement shakes. I am using them to lose weight but I find that I feel a lot more energetic with these as well. Energy is something I have struggled with previously. I find that I don’t feel hungry at all, which when losing weight can be difficult if you feel hungry, but I don’t have to worry about that with these. I love flavours, although the meal replacement extreme (non vegan) has 15 flavours and these have 5. Which I fear may become boring after a while. It would be nice to have some of the other flavours, as well. Just a suggestion but maybe a new flavour, a coffee one? I don’t have my morning coffee anymore and an iced coffee shake would be great. Highly recommend these.Delicious
