How To Make Diet Protein Pancakes.

Step 1

Add 40g (one large heaped scoop) to 80-100ml of milk or water, depending how thin you want your pancake to be. Less liquid will give you a thicker American style pancake. More liquid will give you a thinner crepe style pancake.

Mix lightly with a fork. Leave the batter to rest for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3

Gently heat a non-stick pan with a light coating of oil over a moderate heat. When the pan is warmed then add 2 tablespoons of the batter into the pan, and repeat to form 3 round pancakes in the pan.

Step 4

Cook GENTLY for one and a half minutes until the pancake begins to "fluff" up, then flip over and cook for a further one minute until evenly golden brown on both sides.

Step 5

Immediately take the hot pancakes out of the pan and eat straight away with your preferred choice of toppings.

    I absolutely love these - if you add only 80ml milk the batter is thicker and more american style, you can have them with strawberries and other fruits and they’re so nice - easy to make and only 150 calories if made with water which is amazing :)

    The chocolate orange pancakes are incredible, I honestly can’t believe I can eat this while on a diet! So good with zero syrup and fresh blueberries/Rasperries.

    These have really impressed me. I had them for breakfast and enjoyed them that much, I had them again for lunch! How can these be only 203 calories?! I feel like I'm getting a tasty fix of bready, carb loveliness ( all the things I have struggled to avoid) for only 203 calories and 26g protein! They keep me feeling really full too and that is something impressive!
