Wow! The banana smooth tastes amazing, reminds me of McDonald's banana milkshake, think I might even try add some ice cream to them on my next order.A must-have.

I tried both banana and strawberry for a while now, it is great, but I wish Proteinworks could review and update this product with a much less sugar version.Preferred 'The Works'
I've used TPW's all in one 'The Works' for 5 years now and moved to this after TPW discontinued it. If you're also moving on from 'The Works' you will likely be disappointed. Science wise, they've readjusted the ratios of creatine etc, with no rationale or supporting papers I can find. The added electrolytes muddy the clean flavour the original had. Perhaps it's still better than other shakes out there; but it's not for me.
